Chennai:Twelve people, who were planning to fly to Paris, were arrested at the airport here today on charges of possessing fake passports and visas, police said.The arrested were from the southern districts like Pudukottai, Thanjavur and Ramanathapuram, police said adding that they were planning to fly to Paris via Dubai.
Immigration officials, after detecting the fake documents, handed them over to Airport Police, police said.Search was on for a travel agent, identified as Alwar, who is accused of getting the fake passports for the arrested, police added.
