Tiruchi:Southern Railway has announced some changes in the running of trains due to the work of insertion of precast RCC box below the railway track between Srirangam and Tiruchi Town stations for laying sewage pipelines of Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board on June 23.The work will be carried out between 9.30 a.m. and 2.10 p.m. Consequently, the Chennai – Egmore – Guruvayur Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 7.25 a.m. on June 23 is rescheduled to leave at 9 a.m.Train No. 800 Tiruchi – Lalgudi workmen’s special is fully cancelled, while Train No. 805 Vriddhachalam – Tiruchi passenger is partially cancelled between Srirangam and Tiruchi, a press release from the Southern Railway here said.
